Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, SRK Technology LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Float Master strictly for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Service.

3. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to engage in reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service or any underlying AI algorithms. You may not use the Service to build a competitive product, upload malicious code, or use the Service for any unlawful activity.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Ownership: SRK Technology LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service.

Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the schedule data, files, and content you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a secure, encrypted, limited license to process this data solely for providing the Service to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SRK TECHNOLOGY LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY. The software is an analytical tool and does not replace human project management expertise.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SRK TECHNOLOGY LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Oracle, Primavera, and P6 are registered trademarks of Oracle Corporation. BuiltNEX, Float Master, and SRK Technology LLC are entirely independent entities. We have absolutely no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with Oracle Corporation. Any reference to these terms is solely for the purpose of communicating software compatibility with XER file formats.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Sacramento, California.

9. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, all sales are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuiltNEX, SRK Technology LLC, and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

All AI-generated outputs, analyses, reports, float calculations, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering, legal, or construction management advice. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all outputs before making any project decisions. SRK Technology LLC expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred based on AI-generated analysis.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, cyberattacks, power failures, internet service interruptions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SRK Technology LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals.

We use your data strictly to operate BuiltNEX, authenticate logins, and process schedules to generate dashboards. We do not use your proprietary construction data to train public AI models.

3. Data Security & Encryption

Schedule files uploaded for processing are only held securely in memory during the active session and are permanently purged from our servers within 24 hours of generation.

We will never sell your personal or corporate data to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers (like secure cloud hosting and Stripe) contractually bound to safeguard your data.
