By accessing or using the BuiltNEX website (www.builtnex.com) and any software products provided by SRK Technology LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including Float Master, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SRK Technology LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California, United States.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software products for your internal business purposes.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on our software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Transfer, sublicense, or resell your license to any third party
• Use the software to develop a competing product or service

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our software products. During the trial period, you will have access to the full functionality of the software. At the end of the trial period, your access will be suspended unless you purchase a paid license.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid licenses are billed annually. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Professional licenses purchased directly from us.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of SRK Technology LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SRK Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
